SPRINTer™ Human STAT3 Targeted Protein Degradation Stable Cell Line Assay (A549)

Background Information:

The SPRINTer Human STAT3 Targeted Protein Degradation Stable Cell Line Assay (A549) utilizes the STAT3 Targeted Protein Degradation Cell Line to monitor endogenous STAT3 protein levels and allow measurement of drug-induced targeted protein degradation (TPD). Genome engineering or editing techniques, such as CRISPR/Cas9, are used to introduce a small tag into the endogenous locus of interest. This allows for the quantification of changes in STAT3 levels when cells are treated with therapeutic agents such as targeted protein degraders. This product leverages a sensitive chemiluminescent detection system that delivers a wide dynamic range and robust Z’ for potency, efficacy, and rank‑order profiling across small molecules.
This kit includes a stable engineered cell line (supplied as two vials of cryopreserved cells); cell line specific reagents for cell thawing, propagation, detachment, cryopreservation, and cell plating; and a 10‑plate detection kit required to run the assay. Assay plates and positive control for use in the assays can be purchased separately. For continued use of the cell line, additional quantities of cell culture and assay reagents are available for purchase separately.
