Background Information:

The PathHunter® HEK 293 RELA Nuclear Translocation Cell Line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates affecting the NFκB pathway. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. wortmannin) based pathway activation via detection of resulting RELA nuclear translocation. This product uses EFC technology. The included cell line overexpresses PL-tagged RELA and nuclear localized EA. Upon pathway activation, induced nuclear translocation of RELA leads to production of EFC signal.
This stable engineered cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells.
