The PathHunter® EA Detection Kit is a detection kit intended for use with Eurofins DiscoverX's PathHunter® cell lines overexpressing EA but not containing any ED. This kit contains lysis buffer, exogenous ED, and EFC substrate to allow for detection of levels of EA in the assayed cells.
