Beta-nerve growth factor (NGF) is a prototypical growth factor that functions in sympathetic and sensory neuron survival and maintenance. Mutations have been associated with hereditary sensory and autonomic neuropathy. Extracellular ligand (agonist) for the TrkA (NTRK1) and NGFR receptors. Provided as 100 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
