Background Information:
Interleukin 33 (IL-33) is a cytokine protein and mediator of the immune response. Member of the IL-1 family, and responsible for production of type 2 T helper (Th2)-associated cytokines. Agonist of the IL-33 receptor (IL-33R), IL-33 is a chemoattractant for Th2 cells, amplifying immune responses during tissue injury. Provided as 10 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
