N-Cyclopentyladenosine (CPA) is a centrally active synthetic drug compound that acts as an anticonvulsant, as well as a cardiovascular and sleep regulator. Potent and selective agonist of the adenosine receptor ADORA1, with activity for ADORA2A and ADORA3 also (Ki=2.3, 790, and 43nM, respectively). Provided as 10 mg of dry powder.
